The Cebu Alumni Association of Washington is a non profit organization and is open to Filipinos or Filipino-Americans who reside in the state of Washington and who has completed a minimum of two years in an Associate degree or four years in a baccalaureate degree from any college or university in Cebu, Philippines.

The main objectives of the organization are to:

• Promote programs, functions, and activities that will contribute to the professional growth of its members
• Foster fellowship with other Filipino organizations
• Increase the awareness and preservation of the Filipino cutural heritage
• Organize fund raising activities that would finance charitable and educational projects, such as the scholarship program and the medical mission in Cebu in 2003
